Not at all. I think that would be the cat's ass. I'd rather be on a 3-wheeler with a small trailer than 2 wheels. Do you have reverse?

They suggested that Flatty consider addressing the offense with the other person and also to remember that "what other people think of me is none of my business".
I have great respect for Flatty and all that he does to prove the naysayers wrong. I am also reminded of the utube video of the comedian Steve Hughes "I was offended" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceS_jkKjIgo

Flatty: search your heart, do what you think is best for the greater good of the community as well as youself. When you come to a conclusion then go full throttle in which ever direction you take.
That's a nice sentiment Joe and aligns perfectly with my motto "never underestimate the power of an unreasonably defiant attitude".

Since the comment was made I have heard from the Chief who took me aside during an equipment drill. Someone else heard the comment and mentioned it to him. He said "that's not our attitude Tom, we're looking forward to working with you. We all have limits and work together to complement each other as team mates."

How cool is that?

My old Doberman use to pull me around around the neighborhood on my skateboard when I was a kid.
