If he had been convicted and sentenced to death, he would have died of cancer in his cell on death row.

I would have volunteered to throw the switch.

He won’t be missed by many. The thing that not everyone knows is that he was always sort of a POS, even back when he was a handsome movie star doing Monday Night Football. He just didn’t have the image problem then.

My ex-GF knew him from way back, she was from Buffalo. We used to see him on the public golf course, (Rancho in west LA), after he got kicked out of Bel Air and the other clubs for you know, being a murderer.

He said hello to her once when I was with her, she snapped, “don’t try to speak to me…I never liked you even before you killed your wife!”

As he walked away, I said to her, “was that really necessary?” :)

“Fk him,” said she. That woman had some fire to her. She wasn’t intimidated by him at all.

Of the 24 jurors and alternates, 15 were African-American, six were white, and three were Hispanic — “in a county,” Toobin notes, “that is just 11 percent black.” This partly reflected the defense’s attempt to seat a largely African-American jury, because of research that revealed very early on that black and white people perceived the case much differently.

2. Over the trial, 10 jurors were replaced by alternates — but no alternates were ever removed.


3. All 12 of the jurors who ultimately decided the case were Democrats.

4. Two of them graduated college.

5. None read a newspaper regularly.

6. Nine rented homes; three owned.

7. Two had supervisory managerial duties at work.

He got off due to incompetent prosecution.

No big loss with his death.

Should have been by injection years ago.

One of my old middle and high school friends was a key witness in OJ's murder trial.

I suspect he is uncomfortable about this news.

Hopefully it does not create more than a few days of "disturbance" for him.

Don't know the guy other than from the Naked Gun movies. I wasn't in the US when all this went down. I didn't even get the reference to a white Ford Bronco until years later.

My condolences. Whatever he did or didn't do, it's over.

I'm not sure what to say except we'll never know for sure.
