We get a variety of birds at our bird feeders - pileated woodpeckers, bowlegged coathangers, etc - but so far we've not seen a flat-heeled squat.

Yesterday I spent about an hour recurving early decklid grille ribs. So squatting down to pound the hell out of the tooling with a 2.5 lb sledge, pulling the tooling apart and rib out and standing up times about 20 when all is said and done.
So glad I've been able to maintain an active lifestyle to do that with no pain and end up a little more loose today. If you have a desk job or similar, I can't imagine going through life without some kind of exercise.
