The Stars came back from 2-0 to win 4-2. The last 10 minutes of the game was more exciting that the first 50. I figured the Avs had the game at 2-0 but you gotta give credit to Dallas for hanging tough mentally to come back and win.
Boring game with a great ending.

I’m watching the Blues/Jet’s. The Jet’s were down 3-1 and tied the game with 1.6 seconds in regulation time. Overtime.

I was playing in a play off game myself so I missed the end of the STL game. dang, two 3rd period collapses in the West.

It might just be me, but it seems like more teams are scoring when they pull their goalies this playoff season.

Crazy that the Jets pulled this off.

1.6 secs. away from advancing has to sting - a lot more than just a little bit. I do seem to recall someone saying the game is 60 mins. to the final horn. They get to think about that one all summer long. Go Jets!

The Leafs have totally crashed and burned tonight. Was 6-0 up until the last few minutes and they managed to get a goal avoid the bagel.
They won the first two games and then lost game 3 in a heartbreaker OT. Since then they have been 2-0 and tonight 6-1.
Is there any realistic hope of this round going to game 7?

In other news, the Caps play Thursday down 3 games to 1 with the Canes. I never saw that one coming.

Flip a coin on a response in game six. They win game 6 and 50/50 on game seven. I’m not holding my breath though . Life long fan used to disappointments.

The Caps just got knocked out by the Canes 4 games to one. I thought it would be the opposite. Same with Vegas only winning one game out of 5 and getting knocked out.

Now that "game" was your prototypical "stinker". My predictions...well I can safely say my 'budding career' as a prognosticator/handicapper is now officially down the tubes. There's still some interesting hockey yet to be played - Buds are done - again; Presidents Trophy - still a jinx??? Have a great Victoria Day Weekend Gents.

OK. Someone please "splain" to me - what happened to the Leafs yesterday?? Ya gotta feel ... well maybe not too much ... for the fans in TO - another "el-stencherino" - some kinda choke job to be sure!

Down to the 'final four' - should be some good hard-fought hockey in the offing. As I don't particularly like either the 'oinklers' or the 'rats' - I'll cheer for oinklers "not-to-lose" in the west.
