Just started yesterday for me.

sc_rufctr 06-04-2025 05:30 PM

The forum is still slow for me. After clicking it can take around 30 seconds before the page changes.

HardDrive 06-04-2025 05:34 PM

Super slow.

Zeke 06-04-2025 05:49 PM

Noticed it as well....

Very slow to just scroll. I have noticed an uptick in post quality. Lord knows that would be delightful. Maybe a plan underfoot by the mgmt.

dw1 06-04-2025 05:55 PM

Quite noticeably slower than normal. Server issues?

berettafan 06-05-2025 03:28 AM

very bad past couple days. ready to give up for a while and just tell my kids to nod their heads approvingly as I lay out all of my opinions while we watch jeopardy.

onewhippedpuppy 06-05-2025 03:45 AM

Almost unusable after being flaky for months.

rfuerst911sc 06-05-2025 05:37 AM

Terribly slow

stealthn 06-05-2025 05:56 AM

Super slow, about 30 seconds to load each page and a minute to login to post this. Time to reboot the server(s) PP!

stevej37 06-05-2025 06:06 AM

I sure hope this doesn't affect the amount of my monthly posting check.

HobieMarty 06-05-2025 06:41 AM

It is slower than usual but not unbearable, at least on my end.

I'm certain there is purpose and reason for this. Too quick of a reply breeds contemptuous posts in many cases. I was all but gone anyway. All I have to do is delete the link on my bookmarks bar.

berettafan 06-05-2025 07:09 AM

astrochex 06-05-2025 07:59 AM

I just do something else while I am waiting.

Billiam 911 2.8 06-05-2025 08:02 AM

Pelican is not saying a word. Their IT must be too busy with all the YouTube ads they are marketing.

osidak 06-05-2025 08:18 AM

this is becoming unusable for me

911 Rod 06-05-2025 08:21 AM

It shows 600+ online. I can't see 600 people putting up with this. Bots maybe?

dw1 06-05-2025 09:23 AM

Perhaps the forum server needs to log off inactive user, especially when accessing the forum using a mobile device.

I say this because my device doesn't log me off and keeps me logged in unless I manually log off. Having a huge number of logged in users can't be good, even if most of them are inactive.
