Just got back from my pagan sacrifices. All the comments on writing are interesting.
I (a lefty) was taught to orient paper like a righty, by a childhood teacher who probably didn't know any better at the time. Something like a fountain pen would have been a mess.

Several years later, another teacher who was keen on the subject "re-educated" me. Took a bit of practice, but overall pretty simple.

This fixed it all:

I see a lot of lefties in daily life who never got taught the paper orientation thing.
Simple fix.
Now I write sloppy b/c I choose too.
Please make check for $2000 payable to leakyseals. :)

One trick I have learned regarding the use of clip boards as a lefty, is to use it upside down. put the clip on the bottom.

Got me thinking. There have been a high number of lefty presidents over the years. Surely the left handed presidents of the US would know how to orient a piece of paper? Right?

well nope...

I've included culprits from both sides of the isle as to not parf this!!! :)

Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan were also left handed, but Clinton orients the paper the right way, and Reagan wrote with his right hand.

Interesting, seems like we have quite a few left handers on the board! I’m a lefty but there are a few things that I do right handed. I catch and bat right handed…trying to do that LH just seems so incredibly awkward. Most stuff LH though. I too am of an age where they tried to force you to write right handed as a kid, I never understood that either.
