^^^ Ahh...I see.
I'm prob the only one on here that used Sling Box until a few years back when they discontinued it. I ended up throwing the box away...it was useless when they quit supporting it.

Sling is now a stream service with cloud recording. Works well enough.

This is what Sling Box was...very unique, don't know why they quit it.
"A Slingbox was a hardware device by Sling Media that let users stream their home cable/satellite TV and DVR content over the internet to a PC, tablet, or phone, essentially taking their TV with them, but all original Slingboxes were discontinued in 2022, rendering them inoperable; however, the name is now sometimes confused with the separate, current live TV streaming service, Sling TV, which offers live channels via subscription."
