Yea, the forum lost that post I made about the precise way to end all wars, and end hunger worldwide peacefully. And getting the new free energy gerator to work. Unfortunately I failed to write it all down, and it is gone forever.

It's still not working very well. I regularly visit 3 forums and this one is the only one that goes down. One of the other ones is bigger, the other one is pretty small but on a dedicated server after outgrowing a shared sever.

Lately, when the forums have an issue, they will often stop working, then come back with the latest posts showing some date in the last 2-3 weeks. If you check in periodically, the date will usually gradually increment until it's back in the current day. I've seen that at least 2-3 times in the last couple of months.

I have to agree. The '80s were my twenties, and I was living the dream. I got re-married, landed some really good paying jobs, and at the risk of sounding big headed, I could turn heads any which way I wanted. Looking back, I can't think of a single downside.
Okay, there was one downside. My parents liked to remind me I was a bit of a failure in their eyes.
