Skip the team gear. I hate that stuff (looks totally poseur-ish, unless you're actually on the team). Here's two of my current ones (I might have posted already somewhere but what the heck). The looks I get from people with the Arrogant Bastard jersey alone are priceless. Moms walking with small children clamp their hands over their kids' eyes - heh heh heh.

I'm with you cashflyer. Not much pisses me off more than a huge group of cyclists, all spandexed out, taking up more than one lane. Now that it is starting to warm up, the seem to be coming out of the woodwork and multiplying.
