One of my favorite places to ski.

I used to go in June/July.

Great town.

My 1st time I was 16-17, went by myself. Made my brother drive me to JFK, hopped a plane to Stuttgart with $5 and a street car pass in my pocket. Took a bus from the airport to the bahnhoff in stadt mitte then the strassenbahn to my grandmothers. Raided my german german bank account and the next day took a train to Switzerland.

1st day coming off the slopes meet a nice swedish girl, got back down to town and it was so hot I had to buy a t-shirt.

Sitting there in a cafe having a bite to eat and beers with some swedish hottie while barefoot in a t-shirt after an awesome day of skiing, thought how much better could life get than that moment.

She introduced me to a couple of her friends one of whom had a room mate leaving. Told me I could rent his room and he could even get me the guys gig at the tourist info booth.

Then 3 days later my mother and stepdad showed up. They had been in Italy for a month and heard from my grandmother that I was in country so they came up to drag me home kicking and screaming the whole way.
