That poses some serious questions:
Did they ever practice shooting a person sized target at the max distance and at the down angle? Why is the bottom of the scope hitting the top of the rail in front? Are there a lot more of them than those two? Why don't they have a nice comfortable seat instead of kneeling all day? Are those 5.56 or something better as those magazines seem pretty small? |

Look just to the right of the guy. It's fuzzy enough that it made me wonder if it was some kind of a reflection, but it's at a steeper angle, and I'm sure they had four up there... as well as four shooters... they'd have to if they were serious about it. Quote:

he's on the south-west side of Lucas Oil Stadium. i'm sure there were others located on each corner/side of the stadium in the catwalk. Notice the Indy Metro Police handbook up there, ha!
