Uhh.... Fact check on this one.... I started driving in '05, and I don't think I've EVER paid 1.78 for gas. In fact I remember it being around 3.50 the summer I got my car....


Edit, it was that low in '09 but it had been much higher in '07.... And under Obama it has been nearly that low again, while the DOW is higher than it was in 09....
