Glen, I owe you an apology.
I've been doing a lot of thinking, and the proverbial light bulb came on. I was wrong in every way, and you were right. I know that now. I am very sorry for what I said, and I hope you can accept my sincere apology. It would be much appreciated if you could post more pictures. Roger

just a small/medium sized gar. got 2 3-4lb slabs of boneless filet. had to use sheetmetal snips to get thru the scales. couldn't get thru them with the knife. about 4ft 35lbs. I've seen some get 6-8ft
