In reference to the above bike-punch.....
There was another bike race where the leader (who was well ahead) took a side kick at a persistent heckler whilst pushing through a mud patch.
He won without penalty.

Thanks for the info. It never occurred to me to try to personally take out the competition of a rider I am a fan of.
