He has been given less than 2 Months (and doesn't look like he will make that) to live, gave 20 of his 40 years serving & defending the USA.
So any local pelicans, please try & make it so we can give Stew a great party!!!

The benefit for Stew is this coming Saturday, March 23rd from 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Kenny Holliday has had so many musicians offer to play that we changed the start time to 4:00pm instead of 6:00pm. Here is the info on our benefit for Sgt Larry "Stew" Burgess and his lovely wife Gerri Burgess Stewart. Stew has done 3 tours in Iraq and now has been stricken with cancer. It is time to give back to him and Gerri for what they have given to us. The price of gas alone going back & forth to the hospital has been a strain on them.
PLACE: American Legion Post 233, 560 N Wilderness Trail, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082
TIME: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Entry DONATION Fee is $10.00
Food Choices $5.00 donation (hamburger,hotdogs, baked beans, Baked Penne with Italian Sausage and more)
