she could use a belly-tuck - maybe it's the weird angle of the shot. But if you bend her over backwards you most likely wouldn't notice.

Yes, its a 31 model Lear. The FMS and later style autopilot gives it away. Who the ladies are would be a good guess but appears that someone had fun with a photo shoot!
