Great shots! The only two missing is the MD-80 and the 737. Airport rumor has it that KPVF may get turned into a helibase and 17 birds are looking at taking up residence. I did see a temp mobile air tower get hauled in tonight, so it looks like it is pointing that way.

Great pre-134/210 Eagle Rock photo. I grew up in the area as well. In the 1960's, I used to take my BB gun up that canyon shooting at anything that moved or shined.

I grew up down the 2 fey from there. I remember the fwy open up for traffic. WE live in Mt Washington now and my little can't just shoot bb guns anymore. Heck they can't even shot air soft or toy guns off our property. Thankfully, we have the whole hill side, so anything moves its fair game, but they are terrible aim.

I bet those houses are still there. Its cool to see how empty it is.
