Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

Just ordered a couple of these from Kraft Tool Co. for grading. Technically they are concrete rakes (called spreaders) but they work GREAT for moving soil around as well.

This model is aluminum and the whole thing only weighs 2.5 lbs.!!!

It's approx. 20" wide w/60" handle.

I use other types of rakes as well including those with teeth but if you don't want to grab roots these are what you want.

Can't wait to get these babies!

since a pic is required, here's my yard rake (with the root grabbing tines of course!)
I could have really used that aluminum rake for the final grade!
