I have scruples and care about the work I perform as well. I also have perfect attendance and am consistent day in and day out. That should be the norm in this world and not something special. It just seems to me that when the worker has no concern of being fired or laid off (as is with most Fed jobs) then the quality and attitude goes down the tubes.
