So you own a plane. You keep it stored in a hanger, not out in the weather. Someone ownes the property and the hanger. You ***** because you have to pay $3.11 per week. Oh god, give me a freaking break. All of us should have such problems in life like you do.

He's complaining because they are sticking him with the property taxes, which are the property owner's responsibility unless his rental contract stipulates he will pay them them.

Wow dude,

Grab a beer and relax for Pete sake. You seriously missed to point on my statement. Let me try to rephrase so you can understand.

I do not own the property or the 75 year old wooden hanger, I rent it, and thus am a tenant. The structure and ground belongs to the county government. They essentially took possession of the structure when the ground lease expired in the early eighties. The rental agreement states nothing about property tax due and I have occupied the hanger for 19 months after being on a county waiting list for nine years.. In the County which we reside, the property "owner" is responsible for taxes due on said property, not tenants as defined.

Yes, we do own a 49 year old cheap ass little airplane that cost less than a 5 - 8 year old Honda depending on model and less to insure than my 20 year old truck. Why yes we're living high on the hog there Chumly.

Champaign wishes and caviar dreams all day long out on the west coast.

I am also honored that you time out of busy day to do the math on the breakdown.

Cheers

Great reply, Bugs...lol....

Thanks for the travel pics, Joe.

Well today is the first day for the Special Olympics World Games in LA. Recognized by Google as follows:

With 6,500 athletes and 2,000 coaches representing 165 countries, along with 30,000 volunteers and an anticipated 500,000 spectators, the 2015 Special Olympics World Games will be the largest sports and humanitarian event this year.

Thanks for the explanation on the origin. I had no idea that this breed even existed, until Mattdavis11 asked about them. The horns and different coat patterns really make these guys stand out.

Around our place, due to the ongoing drought, we have several young bucks looking for food and water. These guys have the beginnings of some big and beautiful racks. Although nothing like the pictures shown of the Fallow deer, they are still beutiful. At least they are until rutting season, then they check out mentally., just like us when we see some beutiful females walk by, lol.

Cheers Bugs

Dude! Don't burst my bubble! If I could get my renter to pay my property taxes that would be epic!

I don't think the average Joe realizes how really inexpensive an old 150 can be to purchase these days. I learned to fly in a 150 before I went to helicopters - fun, cheap transportation.

A 152 with the "bigger" engine...
