G'day!
|
A photo taken by a friend of mine yesterday as a storm moved in on our beach. This section of beach is where we get the most consistent surf. I live about a 15 minute walk away....

Ventura has had a few good storms in 2016, but nothing as photogenic as Florida's tropical storms. This was an attempt to make repairs from a storm one week earlier.

Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

One of the coolest things I ever experienced was riding my motorcycle across the GGB at night in the fog. I stood up to get away from the lights on the dash and had only the glow of the bridge lamps and the bridge itself disappearing into the mist. This pic just reminded me. Thanks.
