Looks like pier 12 NOB Norfolk, Willoughby Spit & Bridge tunnel in left background. 3 hangars (Hawkeye country) top right corner. Either the America (CV-66) or Nimitz (CV-68) tied up

With big power plus slow speeds, why not go with a 5-blade prop?

The odd-numbers are supposed to be better for reducing vibration.
(the pulse is absorbed by 2 blades across from the hub instead of 1 blade I'm guessing).
