I think so.. the last words that were heard were
" I want the banana "

The polar bears are thinking "I love the big black candies -- crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside!"

Isabo...lol. I work in the dental sales industry and the occlusal shot that you have above is something that I look at every day. Ill have to save that one for a good laugh with some of my customers.

True story...the FINAL time I would ever park in a PCA Marque Parking corral...Historic races, Portland International Raceway...I was directed to park next to a first year 996. It's owner told the volunteer directing parking spots that he didn't want my "old piece of ****" parked next to his new car. My "piece of ****"...gee, guess I resent that a wee bit. Screw 'em if they can't take a joke...http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1087264967.jpg

So, anybody from OREGON REGION PCA? You can thank a guy with an ocean blue metallic 996 for my beginning to be a semi drop out of PCA...Cindy and I got similar treatment at a "whinery tour" held by CASCADE REGION. There it was a yellow C-4. I still pay dues so I get PANO...but I kind of figured enuf was enuf...Parade 2006 in Portland? Color me not there...What's really weird? We had a great time @ Emory's campout/swap meet this past weekend...

Imo, pre '73 911's are leagues cooler than 996. Especially yours, that green looks awesome. Frekin jerk

i find that to be absolutely ridiculous!

I can't help but think of the scene in GONE IN SIXTY SECONDS when Nic Cage is talking to the Ferrari salesman: a new Ferrari would make him a weiner with too much money, but a 1962 Ferrari GTO would make him a conosseiur... I don't see why this guy's 996 is a more important car. Anyone rich idiot can take $75,000 to a Porsche dealer and buy a 996, it takes care and effort to keep a 1972 911S on the road.

azasadny 06-15-2004 03:29 AM

pwd72s,

You can park next to me any time you want, your car is gorgeous! But then again I'm partial to the "old" cars! Great car!!

djmcmath 06-15-2004 05:05 AM

You can't park that thing next to mine because my poor little car would melt from shame. :(
