I'll take a double, no tomato, no mayo and add a pound of bacon. And a Diet Coke.

Oh, and a cardiac needle full of adrenaline.

Where can I get one of those? The most I have had is 3 -1/2 pound burgers and that took me about an hour while watching recorded Lakers games back in 2000.

ronin 07-22-2004 09:15 AM

they probably cost more than an engine rebuild!

lendaddy 07-22-2004 09:29 AM

If this is real, and I assume it is, how the hell do they cook them evenly? seems like the outside would be charred long before the center (two inches deep) would even be warm!

Shuie 07-22-2004 09:33 AM

I don't know if its real. I just got it in the email and figured it had been too long since this thread had been bumped :D

bigrubberjeep 07-22-2004 09:43 AM

Can I supersize it?

targa911S 07-22-2004 11:03 AM

yeah it's real. Dennys Beer Barrel Pub, in Clearfield, PA. It costs $23.95 unless you finish it, and nobody has finished one. I'll have two with triple cheese and a side of onion rings! Think they make a 9 pounder too. Why ...I don't know, if nobody has even finished the 6 pounder.

Shuie 07-22-2004 11:32 AM

I wish this was not real

I finally broke down and bought a riding mower.
About 3 years ago I bought a pull-start gasoline mower.
I would have much preferred a riding mower but I hated
to spend the money at the time. Now I found one that I
could finally afford.

The really good part is that I'm doing my part to stop pollution.
