"Connie Foster (born 1955) and Jodie Foster (born 1962) in their dressing room during filming of TAXI DRIVER (1976).

Jodie was only 12 during filming and had to be doubled by her her 20-year-old sister, Connie, in scenes with adult dialogue or that were sexually suggestive."

When it takes two people to tote your "beer run" and a long bed pickup truck to get it home home, maybe ya need to cut back a bit.

It says it is limited edition, so go get yours today!

Prolly too much tire and not enough power to prevent wheel-hop.
That's an awful lot of tire on that vette for stock IRS and suspension.

PS yes I know that grand am has leaf springs, but wheel-hop is wheel hop.

EDIT not sure what happened to the first vid but it's back.
I thought it was a Pontiac, but Buick sounds good.

That Buick was sure winding up those leaves. That why we ran "traction bars", or in the case of the big MOPARs I ran, and adjustable pinion snubber, which allowed the leaves to work without binding them up.

Did someone say "wheel hop"?:

(just asking as a newby)

Can a single leaf-spring be considered IRS?
Form vs. function thing

Yep, the transverse leaf spring is clamped to the chassis in the middle which means it's actually two different springs, one of each side.
But if we wanted to get all technical like, we could say that any ve-hikle with an anti-sway bar isn't totally independent anywho.
