WOW...that rim...just broke right off.

and yesterday at work....too bad the guy didn't know how to drive it...could not believe how much he rode the clutch. But man...it's amazing how an Italian stallion stimulates the senses, and puts a Boxster S (and just about everything else on the lot) to shame.

Paddle shifters on the steering wheel, no manual clutch, kind of a semi-automatic.

If you ever want your lungs full of clutch, go to a track day where there are 30 of those things buzzing around a track.

If the 3-wheeler had a leaning suspension, some decent areodynamics, and travel baggage it would make a decent commuter vehicle.

oh yeah, that's right...even saw it in the car but still...the way it sounded, the shifting just wasn't clean and crisp. Sounded too much like an automatic. Bleh.

I disagree. Some "good stuff" remains, it would seem.

I've got a pickup truck and if your friend wants his father's shop cleared out, well....it would take me a few trips but I would do it. No charge whatsoever.

Without a dought there is still plenty of good stuff, NOS 934 crank, RSR susp, ect, but all the 9&11X15 Fuchs are gone, the factory ducks, gone, the complete 935 engine, gone, and the list goes on But still a treasure trove

My 914-6 GT clone is getting closer

Gary Stratton is doing the work on my car. There isn't anyone in Jax that I trust for rust repair, there is a guy who does incredible 356 metal work in I think Naples, his name is Jason, I'll dig out his info if you like. For more pix & info on the 914-6GT clone see my blog.
