Whale tails were an option on SCs, I believe. Or were you talking about the late 60s early 70s narrow bodied cars?

Yeah, they need a duck tail.

Of course, they are all functional.

I'd want a tail and matching lip spoiler on any 911 I had.

Whale Tails were an option on the Carrera models. My friend who is the original owner of a 1975 911 has one on his...came from the factory like that.

Nope...

But I'll admit I don't drive them newfangled 12v 6 cylinder cars with AC and stereos and stuff... Compared to my 356 even a Kia or Hyundai is "high performance"...

I found it on eBay, I do remember a few of these being out there, but I have never ridden one myself.
