That overall record ? - the fellow driving it beat a fellow in a Ferrari named Carrol Shelby BY WELL OVER A MINUTE !

That 4 cam engine has only been split once in almost 60 years of hill climbs.

The new fad is to sand all the paint off and let the car rust. In some cases, the kids will accelerate the rust by using acid.

I like that 356... it's actually made from leftover bits & pieces.

There was a story a few years ago in Sports & Classic car about a Jaguar restoration specialist in the UK. He's renowned for his 100 point restorations on Mk2s, etypes, 120 &140s.

But even he gets bored of "perfect" cars. So, for his daily driver he has a 140 coupe that looks like someone put air in the tires and pulled it from a chicken coop. It is PERFECT mechanically, and even has a rare "C" engine.

I don't car for the idea of "adding" patina though. It's hokey, like torching & beating furniture to age it.

Nope, it's Jenna Jameson!

I never thought she was just good looking anyway. Now Marilyn Chambers, on the other hand....

Not always, not in a residential (condo, apartment, hotel) building. Often just the slab thickness, if slab. HVAC, plumbing are usually in soffits internally. Floor to floor can be 9 or 10 feet, and often is.

Where are the pictures for the last few posts? Is there a problem with the board? This is a picture thread right? Or did someone change it to a "Let's talk about random pictures"?

Now stay on topic!!!
