I saw an episode of HBO's Real Sex where they showcased those dolls. They are posable, "life-like" and latex rubber. They are also anatomically correct. I think I even remember than you can fill the breasts with a drink of your choice. I think, IIRC, they run about $10k.

I think the problem is that you can't fit those ladies into the microwave, so they'll be room temp (hmm, I think I've dated a couple of girls that were room temp on a good day). I guess you could use a curling iron to get the most functional bit warm, but I suspect it's just not the same.
