For anyone who hasn't seen "Dead Man," I highly recommend it.

I have it. Hunter Thompson is the wildest and greatest. That movie kind follows a Thompson book and Murry does a great job of the transfer. That "'72 election campaign story" is the very worth while reading imo.

It was a really poorly-made movie. It is boring, the actors don't look like they know what do do in each scene. It is a bad movie.

my point is that the movie is a good redention of Thompsons' act.
I don't think he directed or produced the movie. It wasn't a blockbuster. I think you missed the point of the book.. try reading it again.
