Anyone know what the hell this thing might be? It's a device near my house. I looked at it close yesterday and it appears to be wood when you're up close. The base is not level...which is weird. I'm ruling out alien technology....it's been here too long. Looks almost like a catapult of sorts. I have only ever seen it in this position.
Anyone? Bueller?

It's pretty obvious what it is.. You're not an engineer are you ?? ( just kiddin,, looks like a test rig of some sort)
