Nice find Tony-Z, I have not seen that one before. I'm going to hot-link it over to a discussion in another forum if you don't mind (see below).
EDIT: replaced truck images with different ones. http://auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-racing/motorsports/super-truck-racing8.htm  What show is that from? I just picked the image off the Internet today, it is funny. EDIT: was talking about the form, but the truck thing is better.

From what I remember of the show there were a few different trucks, each with its own special design.
The lead truck's cab was actually part of a helicopter which would raise up and fly off leaving the truck behind.... hey, I was young and that was cool. Cooler than Airwolf!!! more pics     Here the copter is "launching"
