I agree, everyone makes mistakes, and one thing I have learned managing people is that its not about what you think you are communicating, its about what they think you are communicating.
I am sure Larry is a good guy. And I hope he knows that everything is cool with me. I also hope everyone who reads this post knows that I do respect Police, I just have a hard time with "power-trippers" out there. --James

Ryan,
I think it may be safe to come out of the closet-The black car is back on the road. No more smoke....so far! F&K did a good job, especially Mike. Larry

It's all too easy to misread the emotions in a person's post with a medium such as this. I alienated myself with the entire RGruppe once with just one word (of course, that word wasn't *********, but whatever..). Emoticons go a long way here, use them wisely Grasshopper!

Unfixed, I started out as a patrol office then juvenile detective in Rialto Ca in 1970. I then went with The County of San Bernardio and finished my career in 2002 because of a broken neck and back I sustained while on duty as a detective. My undercover car was rear ended on the freeway by a hit and run driver. I was a member of an 8 man team called Special Projects, within the duties assigned to my parent group The Special Investigation Unit. I was a Criminal Investigator. A considerable part of my teams assignment was with the FBI and the Regional Narcotics Task Force. Our work was limited to Felony arrests and Fleeing felons
