Ha, Ha, you guys are funny. But yes, it's delicious so I'll share....

Toasted wholewheat multi-grain bread, buttered
Fried egg with melted cheddar cheese
Fried Ham
Sliced tomatoes
Lettuce
Fresh ground pepper
Mustard & mayo
and secret ingredient: Fried garlic mushrooms!
Takes about 10 minutes and its very yummy.
Warning: addictive.

The reason I have these pics is because my buddy jammed one Sunday, so I emailed him the pics cause he loves these sandwhiches I make..... ha, ha.

The pink plate is for BMX racing aka the number plate. The only reason it is in pink, is because it must be from the mid '80s! :rolleyes:
