Walked right into the bathroom, looked into the mirror and said, "Boss, I'm not coming in today!"
It's not sailing, but heck it was a blast up on the hill today; all alone with about 3 feet of fresh powder!

Correct - in a nutshell you take several images of the same scene with different exposure settings, and blend them in software to get a wider perceived range of darks and lights.
