Dragging this thread back to the dull subject of fast cars.

Here's a picture I took at a local rally, its a long way from perfect but I think it captures the drama nicely!

Today in the Trader Joe's Westlake parking lot... somebody obviously needs to hang up the cell phone and drive.

Crappy pic from MY cellphone -- SUV is high-sided on a rock in the parking lot median/planter...there was no external damage to the vehicle so it doesn't appear to have been a multicar incident.

Lol.

True.

I hate that damn railing... I was orginally trying to stand on it, but it was WAY to windy... I kept getting blown off balance. Oh well...

This was a couple of years ago I am not sure what model it was I am not a British Leyland expert by any stretch of the imagination. These guys come out to AX events with cars for sale all the time.

http://www.wirewheel.com/

They have quite an inventory. I was just poking around there and I am tempted again.

I didn't know TVR was ever part of British Leyland. I'm surprised.

British made, but never part of B-L.

Lots of british cars were not part of B-L. i.e. Lotus, Rolls, Morgan, Jag, Aston Martin, Vauxhall, and TVR...

Interstate 5. 1975. A few miles North of Eugene, Oregon. Poor ol' Fred, busted for violating the double nickle. Pentax Spotmatic loaded with Tri-X, pic is cropped a bunch, only 1/3 of negative used.
