Curved glass, and etched as well. With a child’s bathtub in one of the guest bathrooms. At the Champlin house in Enid, OK. The same Champlin as the oil company. |
A few more train photos from my last rail excursion.

SNAKE!!! Texas Brown Snake. I think this guy was maybe 4-5". Apparently, adults are usually ~12". They eat slugs, worms and bugs. I haven't seen any slugs here, but we've got plenty of bugs. Presumably, there are some worms running around too. |

Doing some errands today and this customized Honda was parked nearby. Love the colour and even more that kids are still hot rodding their cars!

The spiders have been getting busy these days. Most of them demolish their webs in the morning and rebuild in the evenings, but not all of them.

With the relatively cool and wet beginning to the summer here, we had a great year for spiders at the Armadillo Ranch. Plenty of bugs to feed them. Here is a plump garden spider hanging outside the screen porch.
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634844585.JPG This fellow was parked on the screen outside while I took its picture from the inside. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634844585.JPG Because of the bumper crop of spiders, the wasps had banner year as well. Here an over eager spider wasp caught him a big one. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634844585.JPG |
