^That's pretty awesome!^
Home made?

Got out for an easy 5 miler meander along the mighty Snohomish and associated sloughs just south of Everett yesterday.
50 degrees and a clear calm day turned it into a gorgeous Raptors, River and mountain viewing outing.

Rainer way south

Pair of Bald Eagles nesting, momma was in the nest and chirping at pops to ether order out, or go get something

Big Golden Eagle, only about half the population of Bald Eagles, pretty rare to see

As we were completing our loop from Langus Riverfront park around Spencer Island and back we were treated to a 2nd Golden, this one a bit smaller

Back to upper 40's and drizzle today, glad we went!

You live in a really horrible place. I don't know how you stand it.

In the top shot of Ranier, the couple of little clouds look kind of like lenticular clouds.

Was that directed to me? LOL! I built the kit, and there are no collector model kits, either you build em or procrastinate. My bro is a big shot at a trucking school, he purchased that kit for me for a b-day gift, it was modeled in white.;)

Yes one of my winter projects. The oldminibikes.com forum had a build off with a gokart class so that kept me motivated built it in 5 months. I also built the trailer for it from scratch. That turned out to be quite usefull for hauling around mowers and quads. Iv been playing with it quite alot the past month and have it in the garage right now the trans was popping out of gear the shift keys got worn so i fixed that and its ready for action again.

It's my grand daughter's funnest part of the day, when she steps into that bus. For grade one. The innocence is a joy to see.

that is so frickin' cool! My inner 8 year old is about to explode it's so cool!

I feel like the engine needs to be different from a regular go kart engine. Presumably, that thing isn't a high revving speedy sort of thing, and so probably prefers a more torquey lower revving motor?

They are funny. For fun, I googled bird skeleton and they popped right up under shopping.

The Amaryllis just wouldn't flower during the winter for many years.
Finally I cut off all the tops and let the bulb dry out of frustration.
It came back this year.
