They were both missing a felt strip that wraps around the fork just below the dust seal, other than bad seals and 6 O rings to replace it all looks just swell.

The forks were working and not leaking until after a ride last summer... I checked the fork air pressure rated at 0-6 PSI and put in 3 PSI- the next morning there was a puddle of fork oil on one side- Oy!
I need to replace the new brake pads too, one side is oil saturated and not optimal.

Osprey's are back...early!

I have the new , better nest that elevates about five feet above the current one, but the water has been extremely "active" this year.

Once they arrive the Osprey experts say let them be. The nest itself is good, been there since we put it in 30 years ago, but the perch won't last the season.

My absolute favorite bird of prey. To watch them from my home office everyday is a joy.

The front tire on my RC36 loses air somewhere too, Skip....and I need to do a test like that.

Same here, Paul. They're always along the beach here. Fascinating to watch!

I had a tall palm in my front yard lose it's canopy and it provided a nice roost for them until the trunk finally collapsed all the way.

^Only if you are too slow getting in^

Kukutali Preserve last week.
Low tide, sunshine and temps in the 50's are perfect conditions for midweek meanderings

View from parking lot at Snee Oosh road, not too far North of "Pull and be damned" road.. no, really.

Walk up and over the top of the island after the first tombolo crossing.

I can’t remember the name of the arrival (I was in the jump seat) but it was a gorgeous day, The photo was followed by a left turn towards runway 19 at KJAC.

This time frame 2 years ago, a week on the big island and another on Kauai- never enough island time

If it walks like a Nene, don't run over it
