Tubeless inflated lawn tractor tires, how do you inflate?
I have had two tires on this tractor come free from the rim, resulting in complete loss of air. (and of course the tire then wobbling on the rim)
These are inflated tubeless tires, so I have to make an annoying run to a tire shop to get them inflated with their large air compressor. All I have is a small (dinky) battery run compressor that can't do the job. Neither does the fix-a-flat stuff. Ideas?

You can try running something like a ratcheting tie-down strap around the circumfrence of the tire in the center of the tread and tightening it, this will squeeze the sidewalls out to the rim's bead but it usually take a high volume air source to seat them still.

If you have a spread large enough to need a tractor, then you should look into getting a descent air compressor. They are not that expensive these days ($200 or under for a starter unit) and saves your running back and forth to a shop when this happens.
If the tire is coming off the rim like this would wonder if either its been running too low on air pressure or there is a leak. They should not be coming off on a regular basis. Joe A

Use the strap and rachet technique to really squeeze the tire thus making it bulge out. Then remove the inner valve stem plunger (can't remember what they are called) and inflate. By removing the inner plunger you can get more air in more quickly. Sometimes you have to rock the tire a little to get the bead to grab. I have reset beads out on the trail with a little determination and a bicycle pump.

If all that gets you close.... a squirt of starting fluid and a match will usually pop it home. Use at your own risk

use a rope around the tread and tighten as tight as possible while inflating. if not working. ... tighten rope more ...pull real hardand even bounce the tire while adding air.
