i don't think the critic from the NY times has a clue about his statement about American animators in the kiddie pool is quite right.

watching episode 2 of the star wars series with the audio of the directors comments, and they are commenting on all the animation they had to do to make all the scenes look believable. dont know what kiddie pool they are using but it blows that cartoon stuff away.

no knock on anime but have never gotten the fascination.

I think I'll rename my kid 'Paprika'
