I remember an old episode of cops they were chasing somebody that stole their bosses targa it was brown and he spun out on the on ramp recovered and took off disappeared. They lost him but he crashed on the next exit and they caught him. I havnt been able to find the video.

The bad part of his video is that there is no mention of the people in the two cars that he destroyed.:eek:
I wonder how they fared?

Sympathetically agree but can also understand why there was no mention. Can't imagine that the driver isn't at risk to lose everything he has over this, especially if someone in the van was severely/permanently injured by an event that was entirely foreseeable, preventable and captured on video.

The car required constant braking to hold speed at idle and he built it and he fitted undersized brakes and then those brakes totally failed to appreciably slow the car--what is left for his argument?

The two of them had time to brace for the hit. The van driver prob never saw it coming.
I can only imagine what happened to him/her.

The car owner had time to veer off onto the shoulder on the right. Might have hit a tree but still better than a 45 mph hit to the rear of the van. I only hope there wasn't a family in there.

Not mentioning the other peoples injuries shows a lot about the pair.
