Wildest F1 race of all time, Belgian GP 1998. Only 6 cars finished, amd Shumi drove 1 lap with only one front wheel.

Michael Schumacher retained his lead and was nearly 40 seconds ahead of Hill when he came up to lap Coulthard. Jean Todt had already paid a visit to the McLaren pitwall to ensure that Coulthard would move over. Coulthard did not let Schumacher by immediately, causing the Ferrari driver to shake his fist at the Scot. As the cars came down the hill towards Pouhon, Coulthard attempted to let Schumacher through, by lifting off to reduce his speed. Crucially however he had not moved off the racing line and in very poor visibility Schumacher slammed straight into the back of the McLaren, tearing off the right-front wheel of the Ferrari and removing the rear wing of the McLaren. Both cars made it back to the pits, and Schumacher immediately made his way to the McLaren garage where he screamed abuse at Coulthard, convinced that Coulthard was at fault. Schumacher even went as far as saying that Coulthard had tried to kill him. He then went to the steward's office to protest. Although the stewards found no case against Coulthard, the Scot admitted in 2003 that he was at least partly at fault for the incident, stating, "I lifted to let him pass me, but I lifted in heavy spray on the racing line. You should never do that. I would never do that now."

couldnt find a 'Random videos you have taken' thread!

Starting with building a T2 marriage we assembled the freight and prepped it for transport by C130H herc to Niue for the Pacific forum.
We flew in on a nice hot sunny day and broke down the freight inside the plane and unloaded it by hand in under 30 mins with help from the hercs aircrew, Niue police and NZ Army.
With minutes to spare before leaving, we had word there was a walking med-evac on his way by ambulance for transport to NZ accompanied by his father.
It was a really good trip and enjoyed by all. We took off at approx 0830 and got home 1950 the same day!

i made another video.

on thursday work had a car rally. we get a list of clues and followed them to a spot around the local area and look for the answer to the clue at each spot or have to take a photo of something there.

was pretty fun, marks for each question right, no speeding allowed etc. cars were sent off at 2 min intervals. points deducted for being before the minimum time of 1 hr 20 mins and the odometres were checked and had to have travelled a minimum of 30km.

with a bit of local knowledge most teams did pretty well. we stopped at maccas and then pretended to run out of gas short of the line and pushed the car across. the officials thought we were serious and gave the driver a spot prize woodstock bourbon tshirt!
we didnt win but we didnt come last either!
