My experience with Munroe was very positive when I bought a 750 Monster there. I had them install some Remus Grand Prix cans and re-jet it before we even picked it up. Plus they adapted some gel grips to it.
They had difficulty getting my Moto Guzzi V11 Sport to run perfectly, but that was probably a tricky problem. From what I hear, it's a good shop. Never was a fan of the vented clutch covers. You sure you want that loud and raspy sound?

I'm gonna leave the clutch cover for now. I really want some different pipes though, as the stock ones are just way too quiet and restrictive. I"m thinking Arrow Ti pipes. I'd also like different bars as I'm used to clipons, and the stock bars are just too wide and not enough bend for my wrists.
I'll have to call them on Monday and tell them I'll be up Wednesday. That gives them a chance to do some tweaks to it before I show up. |

They started receiving their Husky supermotos. Check them out, along with all the other candy there, like MVs, Guzzis, and maybe even a Benelli.

Congrats on the impending purchase, nostatic. My wet weather riding gear (I lived in Portland last year and commuted year-round by bike) consisted of a bicycle rain jacket ($50) and Aerostich pants. I wore latex gloves underneath my motorcycle gloves, and my Sidi boots always kept me dry. I also have an old TourMaster rainsuit (maybe about $60?) that's worked fine in the past. I always stayed dry. The only real problem would be helmet fogging, especially as I wear glasses. Contact lenses and some anti-fogging drops on the visor take care of that, though.
