Good thinking. You notice that gubmint, in its silliness, tries to prevent people from hurting themselves by ingesting alcohol swabs so you suggest the only logical solution:
Let people dump hundreds of gallons of methyl ethyl ketone into the drinking water supply if they want to. Yeah, you're impressing people, Pat.
