Matt, I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I am sickened by the news. My co-worker and good friend lost his brother at Thanksgiving. He was carjacked by 4 teens and was shot. One of the perps lived within sight of my friends home. Senseless stupidity.
Matt when they are caught rest assured that the prosecution in Harris County is aggresive with the death penalty. Again my sincere condolences.

Harris county will work for our will. When it comes to family matters, we can light fires in Austin. The death penalty is a certainty for the perpetrator.
It won't bring my cousin back though. This sucks. Always be alert out there guys, it's a cruel and unfair world we live in. Thanks for the words of kindness.

its frightening to hear the utter disregard some people seem to have for human life. you should never be able to kill someone unless you know them and their family intamately, because only then can you comprehend the loss you are inflicting. these people should be brought to justice [or a noose, whichever is closest] My condolances to you and your family
