FWIW, CZ is the largest manufacturer of small arms on the planet. I'm actually surprised that, being that big, the build quality is as good as it is.

Well, for pistols & rifles, anyway --- I want the CZ750 in the worst way!

I think Huglu has been making CZ shotguns since the end of 2004 -- have the quality issues been resolved, or have they arisen since then?

I've thought about buying one of those and a big can of surplus ammo -- it looks like it could give a couple of days of fun for about $250!

I have one. Very well made, just don't dry fire it unless you upgrade the firing pin (about 30 bucks). Its a handful with the standard grips, but a guy on ebay makes very nice wood ones for around $40, and the slide release is a pain.

Make sure when you buy surplus you get the extra mag, holster and cleaning rod-some sources strip this stuff off and sell it seperately.
Ie. http://www.classicarms.us/ or the aim link above.

Well made, the only thing is that they are BIG.

Regarding CDNN, I think they sell a lot of police turn-ins. I got a very nice condition SIG P229 in .357SIG with bright night sights and Hogue rubber grips for $392 DELIVERED!!!! A total STEAL.

No doubt. The guns they were having trouble with were the SXS. Bobwhite and ringnecks. The redhead deluxe O/U, lucky you, is a fine gun.

Sorry I won't be able to make your shoot. I have a gig Sat. night, spelled get to bed at 3 a.m., and Sunday is my grandsons birthday so I have to go to Cleveland.
