A day at FastPats
 

Well the car is packed and gassed. Beth and I are meeting a few Pelicans, and some of the locals at FastPats. Gonna help him empty his fridge, clean out his wine cellar, and ruin his lawn by parking hot Porsches on it. Should be lots of fun. Pics to follow. Look out South Carolina...............The VA crew is south bound.

Can't wait to hear what he is up to! Must still be busy with the succession plan.

Wish I could be there. The timing of this was 1 week too soon. This time next week I will be sitting on my front porch in NC sipping coffee and enjoying the mountain air. I cannot wait!!

If you see a guy on a blue BMW 1200GS in a flourescent yellow jacket on 95 south today or north tomorrow, that's me. Going to VA Beach to see Rush tonight.

Procon, I usually agree with most of what you post but please lets get the facts correct here. Pat was warned not one time, but numerous times by several, not just one Moderator as well as the OWNER of Pelican parts.

Pat then continued to say things to and about one Moderator that went well over the line and was banned for it. He cannot say that he was not warned and he crossed the line several times before being banned.

The owner of PP told Pat that after some time elapsed that if he would email Wayne that they would discuss his returning to the PP BBS. When or if that has or is going to happen is up to Pat and Wayne.

Are y'all meeting at his house before lunch or after?
Or meeting for a group luncheon?

I think the mountain drive is planned to commence around 1pm.

I thought the Feds were on to him and he was held up at Ruby Ridge. Make sure you compliment his "COUNTRY" of South Carolina, that will put a smile on his face.

Please give Pat and Linda my best...I'm leaving for San Diego on Sunday or I would have been there.

Someone on the thread asked what happened and the reply was something that was less than the truth, and it was not just someone's opinion. Rather large difference there.

After Pat was warned by several Moderators AND Wayne its kinda out of the "being singled out by one of the mods and banned" catagory.

Just trying to present the truth here, and its not my opinion. Personally I kinda miss Pat here but I am not going to lie about what happened trying to color how and why he got banned to someone who was not there when it happened. He kept pushing the limits and got banned, and it was a group effort, not just by one Moderator.

Banned but not forgotten... I miss him too. Tell him this Damn Yankee says hi.
