This is horrible. I never know what to say in these situations. Everything always seems so inadequate. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

This is two too many of these that we've had recently.

Something to ponder:

There are appx 700,000 Doctors in the US

There are 120,000 deaths caused by doctor involved "medical mishap" every year.

Going to the Doctor is a gamble at best.

My best to Howard's family at this time. It is rough. I know.

Other end of the continent, different country... I never stood a chance of meeting the guy but I sure enjoyed reading his posts and hearing about his adventures.

I browsed through his youtube videos. I think this one is a nice goodbye:
(turn up the volume)

RIP

I did when he was in Chicago, we even talked on the phone, but I never made it. God, I regret not putting meeting him and his wife first.

I just can't get over this...I just can't believe it......

I'll never forget the Enzo Hose eBay fiesta - was fortunate to have corresponded a few times with Howard about that one. Still makes me laugh.

Happy Trails Howard.

Pretty cool video and soundtrack, must have been quite a fellow. When you see how he put that together, perfectly timed ending. You know you have to like a guy like that, almost like he was writing/producing his own eulogy.
