Eight years already !!
How time flies.
I only met Howard a few times; read his posts on Pelican when I could.
He had a zest for life. And he never gave me a chance to do anything but smile or laugh when in his presence.
Sadly, the link to the photo in my post above from almost eight years ago is broken.
But I did some digging on an old hard drive and found it!

Howard, you made me smile one more time.

Wonderful tribute and memories Greg. I still think of your Dad when I drive by the neighborhood there every few weeks. He left a lasting impression - a very positive one - on a great many people.

You dad was a great guy. I always remember chatting with him at that lil' Mexican restaurant in 1000 Oaks, off the 101. Every time I drive through there, I still smile and remember many of the jokes told by him. Please tell your mom that she's a great host. Howard invited me to have something to eat at the house, and that always last the entire day, usually laughing our ass off. Good times.

Howard was much loved over on the 914world site, take a look at our "birthday fairy's" avatar.
Mrs K, Lisa, like many adored your dad.

I found an old hard drive today while looking for something else. (that is usually how I find things).

On it were some pics I took back in 2004 on Mulholland Highway.

I posted this earlier today in another old Howard thread on the 911 tech forum, but this thread may be more appropriate.
